The Artist retains full IP rights of their entered Art. However the organizers retain the right to mint up to 3 NFTs from the image supplied to the competition 1 for the artist, 1 for auction and 1 for Podium Labs Artists Portfolio. Podium Labs retain the right to use the artworks for marketing purposes and / or collateral beyond the event.

You do not need to have a NEAR wallet to enter this stage of the competition.

You can also have your art minted for the auction without a NEAR wallet, but in this case you will not receive your complimentary NFT.

To progress as a Finalist, you will need to have created a NEAR wallet and supplied the wallet address to us prior to Sept 23.
